Privacy policy
This policy explains what Local Area Contractors collects when you use localareacontractors.com and what we do with it. Questions go to info@localareacontractors.com or (972) 802-3218.
What we collect
When you ask for an inspection we collect your name, phone number and ZIP code. If you choose to give them, we also collect your email address, the problems you're seeing and how soon you want help.
We also record how you reached the site, such as an ad campaign name or click ID in the page address, and the page you came from. This tells us which ads bring in requests.
How we use it
To contact you about your inspection, to schedule and do the work you ask for, and to see which advertising works. We don't sell or rent your information.
Calls and texts
When you submit a request, you agree that we may call or text the number you gave us about your inspection, including with automated technology. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help.
We don't share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone else for their own marketing.
Who receives it
Service providers that help run the site and deliver form submissions to us, such as our form processor, Web3Forms. If we turn on analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, they receive information about visits so we can measure our ads. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
The site doesn't set advertising cookies on its own. During your visit it keeps a small amount of information in your browser's session storage so the form remembers how you found us. That storage clears when you close the tab. Analytics or advertising tools, if we turn them on, may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and keep normal business records. After that we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@localareacontractors.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
